Returns Policy

If you have a problem with a product that has not been resolved by our Technical Support or Sales Staff, you may be able to return the product to us.  You must complete an online Product Returns Form.  This form must be completed in full and we will reply by email within 3 working days with return instructions.

Products must be returned in original packaging or equivalent. We will not credit products that are damaged due to insufficient packaging. Please use an outer protective box to prevent damage during transit.

Food and drink products are non-returnable.  Unwanted products are returnable at the discretion of Lasertech UK Ltd. Unwanted OEM products are Non-returnable.
